The MDT is committed to serving the needs of the people in the industry in a fair and transparent manner. To achieve this we have a Appeals Policy which details your right to appeal to the MDT. Should you feel you just wish to rather make a general comment or suggestion you can email the MDT at info@samdt.co.za which will automatically be directed to the Administrator and Chairman of the National Management Committee. In both the formal appeal or general comment, you will hear from the MDT within 14 days of your complaint and we will strive to resolve your matter within 30 days, or at least let you know of how long we expect it to take for a resolution. If you have not heard from us within 14 days of submission, or you feel unhappy still after 30 days from submission, you are welcome to write to the MDT Ombudsman at Ombudsman@samdt.co.za who is one of the Trustees and who will follow up. If you would prefer to submit a direct Appeal please use the appeals form below.
